National Parks #3 - Africa - Ngorongoro Crater

The Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) was declared a world heritage site in 1978. At the heart of the NCA is the Ngorongoro crater known for its stunning landscape and incredible concentration of wildlife making it one of the greatest natural wonders on the planet.

Watching the sun rise over the rim of the Ngorongoro crater was an ecstatic moment for us. And the enchanting memory remains etched in our minds for the rest of our life.

To watch this sunrise, we reached the rim of the Ngorongoro crater at 6:30 am. At 6:34 am, nature's symphony of lights began and in the next 8 minutes we witnessed a spectacle being choreographed that no words can justly describe.
